Uhaul truck appears to be used for long term private party event at 620 Jones restaurant/ bar (side entrance) and unrelated to residential bldg. Has orange cone out but no permit. Regardless, there is a huge event at restaurant bar an this blocks passenger loading. Loading rule is on curb by sfmta 24/7 tow away.
