From Lombard & Columbus, the 4th tree on the library side has some sort of sprinkler system or faulty pipe because a large amount of water rushes from underneath the rocks/base of the tree. Happens between 2am-3am. It is the only spot where water seems to be rushing out as nothing similar happens to the other trees on the block. This seems to be systematic as it is not the first time I came across it and thought it was odd.
