huge tents and shopping carts and 3 dogs ( pit bulls )walking around 5$3 sidewalk . Just witnessed my 85 year old neighbor with her walker , walk into oncoming traffic on Market Street because the entire sidewalk is blocked and you can't get through . Somebody is going to get hit by a car.
