Noise Issue at 2619 Mission St Mission District

Restaurant ventilation system in the picture is working too loudly, it starts at 6.30 am and continues until 3 pm. They have no soundproof or insulation(the system might be broken) It is located right next to our bedroom wall and makes more than 60+db. Thanks
