Flooding, Sewer & Water Leak Issues at 48 Pierce St

Dog Water fountain flooding every day, button is malfunctioning. Pressing/pulling button does not stop water flow. Spring feels broken, only way to get water to stop flowing is to punch the button. Flooding is due to backed up drain.
