Truck is full of trash, on every single seat, including drivers seat, making it impossible for anyone to sit inside. The truck has been in this same location for weeks. I don't know if it is abandoned or if the owner is using it as a storage container for junk, but my understanding is that a vehicle cannot be parked in the same location for over 72 hours. This vehicle has been in the same spot for weeks.
