The parking meter is broken. I put my card in to pay - the default is set to the maximum. The “-“ button is broken and the cancel button doesn’t work. I was charged $9.00 when I only planned to park for 15 minutes. The “cancel” button also didn’t work, and I was stuck paying the whole $9.00.
