May we have the hedge height along Kezar reduced so vehicles and pedestrians can see each other? As the attached photo almost demonstrates, the hedges along Kezar are too tall to permit pedestrians to see vehicles when crossing and vehicular drivers to see pedestrians. If the girl on the sidewalk was to cross to the north side (right), there is no way for drivers to se her until she is in the street. May we have the hedge height reduced for safety? (I do like the hedges.)
