Since the last re-grading of S Van Ness, each time there is rainfall, the area on the street in front of 1116 S Van Ness collects water. This results in sanitation issues, as it becomes standing water for mosquitos and also tends to collect urine over time. It seems like there should be a catch basin here, since it is a low point along the road.
