Requesting a 4 inch sewer cover to go on the open vent on Oak Grove St. Homeless people have been putting trash down it and clogging our plumbing. We have taped a re-purposed metal sign over the hole as a temporary remedy (red X duct tape) but there is a lot of trash in the area and we need a cover for this hole.
