Open manhole. A danger to children and dogs. According to Carlos - who spray painted yet Again on the street on Friday morning - told us this is an emergency. Nothing has been done despite multiple 311 postings and reports. Please advise on when work will begin. Also. Because the parking spot has been filled with rubble and unavailable due to the dirt concrete and open hole we also have graffiti. It's dangerous
