Damaged Public Property at Larkin St & Beach St

Hi.. today (10/7) as I was driving out of street parking, due to the slope my car accidentally hit part of the bike rack and the end circular rack has slightly moved and looks off. It is very much functional. I want to take responsibility and report it. I already called non-emergency number and the Bird scooter company to report this.. but later found SFMTA could help fix it. Let me know and I'm really very sorry for this.
