SFMTA Presidio property along Masonic Avenue has been criminally mismanaged for some time with graffiti, litter, illegal dumping, stolen property and antisocial druggies allowed to take possession of public sidewalk which the adjacent property owner is responsible for maintaining. MTA's irresponsible, dysfunctional mismanagement is possible only to the fact it is unaccountable. What value is there in government that fails to comply with the law and becomes a slumlord to the taxpayers and residents
