Walter Haas Dog Park fountain is clogged AGAIN. Water is NOT draining, it just sits there dirty full of bacteria because it's CLOGGED. This has happened 3 times in less than 2 months. FIX IT PERMANENTLY THIS TIME!! Do you see in the picture how the water is sitting at the top? Because it NEVER drains so there's no way to clean it!! Dirty water = $600 VET BILL
