Bart cut down multiple large trees that served as a sound barrier at the end of ottawa ave. Now the sound for the highway is loud, above 45 db and about 65 db during traffic when measured from 246 ottawa. A sound barrier needs to be built for highway noise and bart to be in compliance with the noise ordinance
