Streetlight Repair at 36 Genoa Pl

Hi I'm writing regarding the somewhat recently installed solar powered streetlights on Columbus St. if you look at the attached photo (it is taken from the intersection of Union/Kearney looking toward the Columbus/Stockton/Green intersection. The only streetlight lit is electric powered. All the solar ones are unlit. The photo was taken around 9:35pm. I was riding the 8 bus and as soon as it turned left from Kearney onto Columbus I noticed all the solar powered streetlights were unlit.
