Tents blocking sidewalk. I tripped over one yesterday. I'm disabled and find navigation of the walkways precarious especially when obstacles like tents and piles of garbage are in my path. The person in the tent is Rude, Dangerous, and appears to be on some kind of drugs. He hurls threatening comments and Uses his body movements in a threatening manor. I suggest the tents be removed immediately.
