Noise Issue at 1150 Sutter St Lower Nob Hill

A roof top HVAC is making a constant high pitched noise near my building that is a nuisance. I do not know the exact address where the noise is coming from but the unit needs to be serviced and sound dampened. It is not attached to the building I live in.
