MTA / DPW sign blight—has a significant negative impact by damaging public street poles, degrading public space, set a bad example encouraging illegal postings and graffiti, and when illegal posted on private PG&E utility poles. Moreover they waste limited public funds when alternative methods are effective with zero negative impact.
