Encampment at 2689 Union St

My kids said they saw a man sleeping here either Monday or Tuesday morning on their way to school. But he seemed to abandon all of his stuff including what looks to be stuff I wouldn't want kids getting their hands on. It's laid across the sidewalk on union st where kids walk to the bus each day.
