Street or Sidewalk Cleaning at 425 7th St

CLOSED Case Resolved. As part of the unprecedented COVID pandemic, the Board of Supervisors suspended Public Works enforcement of the San Francisco Graffiti Ordinance that requires private property owners to abate tags from their buildings within 30 days. Unfortunately, the number of unabated tags proliferated, and the enforcement pause created a large backlog of complaints to the City 311 customer service center. Rather than having to manually sort through the large backlog of complaints, many of which have been add. - 7 months ago #16396752

Public officials have created an Attractive Public Nuisance by their utter failure to meet challenges they are paid for through the tools at their disposal, which are Proactive Services and Code Enforcement. That means holding themselves, businesses and individuals accountable. That’s what freedom demands: Responding Appropriately to the demands and challenges of life and facing the consequences. The irresponsible, dysfunctional, unaccountable Department heads in DPW, MTA, Police, Planning, Building, and Health, must be replaced with people who are competent and capable of responding to the challenges they are being paid for.
