Flooding, Sewer & Water Leak Issues at Intersection Of La Playa & Lawton St

Flooding at the crosswalk on the southbound lane of the Upper Great Highway at Lawton. The highway has been closed because of this. The sewer drain needs to be cleaned out. Sand should not be piled up next to the sewer grates.
