Blocked Pedestrian Walkway at 2179 Harrison St

The homeless encampment that was cleared by the police yesterday was back within hours and is now completely blocking the sidewalk.its clear that these people have no intention of leaving unless they are arrested or otherwise corrected. This camp has been a scourge on the neighborhood for years, please show that the city is serious about enforcement. [submitted via https://seeclickfix.com/issues/14216466]
