Reported over and over again over many years. Like so many other properties, public and private, this too is an ongoing endorsement by Public Works who is a major contributing factor in the spread of urban decay. What is essential is independence contractors NOT irresponsible and unaccountable government officials who are primarily cause for the widespread urban decay by their utter failure to uphold established laws and regulations.
