This very old Eucalyptus tree has become a significant hazard/liability. During every severe weather event, (like the recent atmospheric rivers) large branches break off, mostly on one side, which makes the tree unbalanced and prone to further deterioration. Housing on the eastern side of Sanchez Street is now in jeopardy.
