Pothole & Street Issues at 130 Marston Ave Sunnyside

Hi there, We have two potholes at 130 Marston Ave. One pothole is at the bottom left of our driveway, creating a 2-3 inch drop from the driveway when backing out. The second pothole is in the roadway on the westbound side. Please see attached photo. Thank you so much, Kerriann Casey
