He parks In front of my drive way around 4 to 5pm and moves it when he goes to work at 7 to 8am I've talked to him but he says he'll move it when ever I have to leave my house and I don't to keep doing that pls tow his car or do something. And pls come on the times I said because if u come in the morning after 8am he will be gone but will block my drive way again from 4 to 5pm all the way to 8am the next morning
