This was posted prior to Earth Day, which was on Sat, Apr 22, 2023! Located at the corner of Golden Gate Park and Panhandle Park—next to RPD Headquarters. What a hypocritical response in allowing this illegal posting [no required posting date + maintained long after event]. Issue citation as stipulated by law and remove posting to restore a sense of order and serenity to a highly dysfunctional community where too often Anything Goes & No One Care.
