I was curious as to whether Gentilly has a permit to place Cafe chairs & tables in front of business. Attached photo where people are now dining since the business removed parklet. This was during 'Jerry Day' event on August 5th. Various bars in the neighborhood participated. I would like to remain anonymous as I frequent the area. I'm concerned as there are a number of neighbors who use wheel chairs/assistive scooters as well as a couple of blind people who utilize canes.
