Contractors doing work under DBI permit #202011209434 currently doing work at 434 – 41st Avenue, SF, CA 94121 have been using traffic cones to block parking spaces on either side of the 434 41st Ave driveway daily as shown in the attached photo, even though THE CONTRACTORS HAVE NO STREET SPACE OR OTHER TEMPORARY PARKING PERMITS. They park their trucks in the spaces during the day and then cone off the spaces blocking others from parking until they arrive with their large trucks the next day.
