The Serve Well Liquor Market at 595 Ellis St is under new ownership apparently. They put up a LIGHTED awning when no awning existed before. The lighting is very bright at night and is left on all night. There are reports of illegal gambling machines in the back of the gift shop. We have video where thieves broke in a week ago and stole cash from the machines. Lastly, the new awning is now getting coated in bird poop. I have attached an image of the before and after shots, including the install.
