I am reporting some light pollution form what appears to be a city building at 17th and De Haro. I live in an apartment at 88 Arkansas Street and the lights from this police operations building are pointed up so high that they shine brightly on my building and into my apartment all night. It would be great if you can help us contact the police operations unit to point the two lights I have circled in my photo down toward the ground, instead of upward. They are extremely bright. Thank you.
