"Beaner" is sprawled on the base of the statue of Carlos II at entrance of Harding Park Golf Course. "Beaner" is a racist word meant to mock and denigrate people of Spanish-speaking origin. It's been there for some time, with no one in "super-woke San Francisco" has bothered to take it down or report it.
