This is a formal complaint regarding the incessant and increasingly early trash and recycling pickups at 2663 Laguna Street. The cacophony, which began at an outrageous 4:10 AM this morning, has become a severe disruption to my sleep and overall well-being. This recurring disturbance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays is intolerable, with the thunderous sound of dumpsters being haphazardly picked up and dropped off right outside my bedroom window.
