Damaged Public Property at Intersection Of 18th St & Capp St

A second bollard was ripped entirely off its hinges today. Can we please get the orange striped metal barricades back? This yucca isn't going to cut it. There's a traffic light at this intersection. If people are going through here it's potentially try dangerous both to the other cars at the intersection and the pedestrians on the street that aren't expecting cars to be driving through here.
