This causes water to leak through the sidewalk/street into the building's basement when it rains or the City street sweeps or pressure washes the sidewalk in front of the building. Leaks result in many gallons of water seeping into the building's basement. Leaks have caused damage to the basement wall and floor and may pose health and structural risks.
