Norcina Restaurant crowd the sidewalk by putting tables and chairs on both sides of the sidewalk in addition to the seating set up at the street parking space. The sidewalk becomes so narrow especially when tables on both sides are seated with patrons. It barely leaves about 4-feet of clearance for pedestrian to pass through. I couldn't wheel through in wheelchair without asking patrons to stand up and move the chairs.
