5 street divider barricades on this Slow Street are missing or knocked down. The barricades are meant to prevent cars from driving through Shotwell Street at 20th. Cars are driving straight through. This is creating a dangerous situation as little kids play in the Slow Street. The barricade posts have been down for several weeks now.
