Curb & Sidewalk Issues at 4138 3rd St

Traffic Signal Light at 3rd St & Innes Ave used to be coordinated with lights on 3rd. A few months ago it got out of sync and turns red when the lights before and after it turn green. Innes is 2 1/2 blocks long with no real cross traffic. Please recalibrate signal to be green with other green lights on 3rd St at this immediate area. Please send to traffic signal maintenance.
