Flooding, Sewer & Water Leak Issues at 251 Surrey St

contractors working in my basement noticed this on march 4. same contractors were on site on march 1, and they did not report anything at that time. the bathroom shown has not been actively used in many weeks, but i inspect it regularly, so i believe this must be result of recent storm activity. other neighbors on same block had similar issue in last 48 hrs and it turned out to be due to blocked city-owned plumbing on south side of surrey street 200 block
