There is a ladder chained to a bike rack it has been there for about 2weeks I've made lots of calls to 311 and they keep saying it's resolved. I've requested they call me, they haven't done that once. Here is a photo of said ladder . Please remove this is not only an eyesore but a safety hazard and not fair to other bikers who want to keep an eye on their bike from their window Please resolve.
