Tree Maintenance at 2820 34th Ave

Two trees in front of 2820 34th Ave have eye-level low hanging branches over the sidewalk. I saw a man run his head into the tree branch while walking with his little kid. Tied something to the tree to warn pedestrians until your department fixes this hazard. Pics attached, taken at eye level.
