Hyde Street by Bart Civic Center/UN Plaza. So many homeless block the sidewalk the street, park a marked unit from 0530a - sunrise. Early morning BART commuters can no longer walk Hyde street because both sides of teh sidewalk have tents, people, animals, we are service, county, state and federal workers just trying to walk to work. I must walk in the middle of the street between the library and Asian museum (Fulton?) because I can no longer walk up Hyde because it is not safe.
