Pothole & Street Issues at California Pacific Medical Center, San Francisco 94110

When going down in the side walk ramp I was walking my grandma in her wheelchair on Friday 3/15/2024 at 4:10 pm and as we were going down the ramp the concrete is uneven and cracked. It caused my grandmothers wheelchair wheel to get stuck causing her to fall out of her wheelchair completely and caused her injury on the concrete floor on the street.
