Pink and blue graffiti on the sidewalk in front of 790 41st Avenue. I washed it with my hose and some came off but some remains. I think it needs powerwashing tools and scrubbing. Please send someone with the right equipment quickly otherwise I think it will dry permanently into the sidewalk.
