Vehicle parked next to the freeway overpass Pellar Blocking ADA sidewalk. Daily. I am in a Manuel Wheelchair not enough space to get by with a freeway Pellar & vehicle blocking the ADA sidewalk & force to ride in my wheelchair into incoming traffic on 13th street to get to Mission Street to the bus stop & coming from the shelter at 224 South Van Ness Ave. The city needs to send a ticket to the owner of this vehicle for blocking the ADA sidewalk.
