Encampment at 155 De Haro St

I saw a disabled wheelchair-bound individual forced into the street because these tents are blocking access on the sidewalk. When I politely told one of the encampment residents that they were blocking the disabled person’s safe passage, they told me to go suck a dick. Please remove this encampment.
