Another re-encampment after "resolution." 6 tents. HSOC has visited this site 8 times over the past four months (on 11/20/23, 12/4/23, 12/22/23, 1/2/24, 1/19/24, 2/24/24, 3/15/24, and 3/26/24) without any meaningful improvement in street conditions due to lack of enforcement. Public nuisance. From your flyer: "You may not return.... We are all safer from health concerns, fires, and traffic hazards when our streets, sidewalks, and public spaces are free of tents, structures, and belongings."
