This entire block of Leavenworth between Ellis and O'Farrell is a complete mess with tents blocking the sidewalk. But today at the top of Leavenworth and O'Farrell this tent is entirely blocking the sidewalk. I'm in a wheelchair and could not get through. This street is a disaster -- and yet it was spotless during the APEC conference.
