Why are they allowed to block crosswalks. First of all they probably have no permit. They make a grease mess on the sidewalks along with food on the sidewalk. A person with disability could not maneuver the sidewalk with them just block every where. There are 7 of the carts around the venue. Why so many. Walking my dog it is difficult. These illegal vendors should not be allow to just put the carts anywhere on the sidewalk. making it difficult for pedestrian especially disabled
